“I keep using this hotel cause its not that bad after all. But C’mon fix the wifi.”

“Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too...

“The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were amazing, the service in the dining room was excellent. Parking is limited but we were lucky all 3 days. Loved the hotel. The shower needs some edging to catch the water from spreading over the floor (drainage worked fine) We were at the hotel for 3 nights and loved every minute. Thank you”

“Very good food..massive portions. Could have done with more vegetarian choices though. Some work being done on one of the bedrooms near ours. Staff helpful”

“The room was big and very clean, with a big bathroom, I really appreciated the room! We had dinner in the pub and it was one of the best of our holiday! Also the breakfast was very good and big. I really recommend this place. ”

“Fix the wifi, fix the fan, do something about the too much light getting into the windows. Serve breakafast to guests until 11am. Fix the toilet door upstairs, its clunky, heavy and uncomfortable. Do something to get rid of spiders.”

“We had a great stay. We checked in on wed night and had to walk through some really loud music (a bit concerned at this point) but our room was pleasantly sound proofed from the noise. The first night I found the bed springy and hard to sleep in but I emailed management and Cameron quickly put a bed topper on for us and I slept like a baby the next night. Great breakfast (included) and dinner was also really good and very reasonably priced. Great value for money in a very convenient location and...

“A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area.”
