“This is where I stay EVERY TIME I come to the Cities. It is very clean, and never have I come across an employee that was less lass 100% It can be busy with kids, but after 10 Pm, I have never had a problem with noise. They recently started to charge $10 for parking. Grumbles at that.”

“The lady at the reception was very unpolite. Most of the room face on an inner aisle and there is no natural light entering the room. The internal light is low thus the room is always a bit dark. The sink was blocked and the water was not running down. The faucet on the sink was very caked. The shower stall had black deposits on the corners. In general the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. The mattress is too soft.”

“Had a nice stay before our flight the next day. Everything was clean and the bed was nice. My only complaint was at 8pm I took a shower and there was very little hot water even through it was turned to the hottest temperature setting and the shower got colder as I was in there making it a short and not enjoyable shower experience. ”

“Honestly, I felt awful for the person who checked me in. She had to deal with double Karen's (in the same group) who were pissed about something that didn't matter. For real, throwing a fit about something stupid. The person who checked us in didnt lose her cool and came up with reasonable alternatives. So, hat's off to her. Really clean and quiet place.”
