“The hotel was freezing cold. I was already catching a cold when I arrived, and when I got to my room at was 64 degrees (17 degrees celcius). There was no way to turn it lower. Maintenance came to the room and apologized that during the daytime in the summer the A/C won't turn off. They had to bring us a space heater for our room before I caught pneumonia.”

“The room was beautiful. The staff was very nice. I was disappointed that the pool was out of commission and it wasn't stated previously to booking. I booked that hotel because they had a pool. I didn't find out until after checking in and discount wasn't offered.”

“Our stay was excellent! The space was as promised and very comfortable for a family of 5. We love the Public House that was on site and the beautiful neighbourhood! It was a wonderful overnight stay!”

“There was nothing negative to say about this property. Room very spacious and clean , beds super comfortable . We did have leak from bathroom sink but was promptly fixed and bathroom cleaned , extra clean towels brought right away. The attached spa with pools , saunas etc was added relaxing bonus and food at both restaurants was excellent , can t wait to come back for another visit”

“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“The place was great for the price and staff was very helpful! I especially love the text message service available. Shoutout to Minako who was very attentive and friendly! The room did get very hot overnight and we did not know how to adjust it. Other than that, breakfast was also great and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I’d stay here again visiting Ottawa!”

“Amazing Greenspace to relax in, the room was immaculate, the staff were so warm & helpful! 10 stars to the house keeping staff, very professional & front desk made sure I was smiling the whole time. Great service, I will return very soon! 4 nights in a small paradise. We had severe storm & the ground staff were on it to clean up also. Beautiful spot. I highly recommend!”
