“It was an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately we lost power, no fault of the hotel, but the staff were very accommodating and nice. The beds were comfortable and minimal noise was heard even with the renovations. Overall I would stay here again. ”

“This is an excellent hotel especially if you intend on seeing an Ottawa Senator’s game. It is very close to the arena (you do have to drive though), the property is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. They had staff refilling dishes and keeping it clean. It has an excellent selection which included fruits, eggs, meat protein and breads, among many other things. “Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””
