“Very welcoming, breakfast is better than most chains we have been to. The only thing that was strange was that they told us that the room service (towels & beds) were done every other day which is fine but on the day we assumed we would get room service the person cleaning acted as if ours was a room she wasn’t suppose to do. But she left what we asked her to. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again. There was a point where there was a dog that barked non stop probably because...

The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home.”

“Wish there was another place under 300 after Morgan Wallen. He was nice when we checked in at like 1:15 am but the room smelled like mildew, the floor felt disgusting walking on, and our sheets and towels were stained. Also, when checked out, said we would get our 50 dollar deposit back, but 3 days later it has processed and taken off of pending! Definitely not worth the price or the extra 50 bucks we didn't get back. And all we did was sleep there after a concert”

“This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!”

“Llder property under renewal. Breakfast was average - not bad at all - just average - dealing with trying to put off with renovations, lack of staff, reduced amenities - -- sure didn't get what i paid for nor what I expected from the pictures and descriptions.”

“Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light.
