They refused to back it off even after speaking with an Expedia staff member. One staff member said that the fee was already included in my Expedia charge. I got my credit card bill today. They lied. “After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“Room was very clean. The staff were very pleasant from front desk to housekeeping. My stay was quiet no loud noise or smoke of any kind. Parking was easy due to private garage and the lobby doors lock at dusk. Walking distance to boardwalk and a great pizza shop up the street. Very close to the outlets as well. I will be back to enjoy the pool.”

“Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful.”

“The room smelled musty. The windows looks like they hadn’t be cleaned since 1974. The paint was peeling off the walls and in the tub. The beds looked like they’d been slept in by Jabba the Hutt everyday for the past 17 years. One of the elevators wouldn’t open while we were on it we had to pry it open with our hands. We thought the hotel was connected to the convention center only to walk all the way across the catwalk to find a locked door. We had to go back around and outside. One star. ”
