“The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The cleaners were very helpful as well. We had fresh breakfast served daily, not forgetting the amazing bartender. ”

“Everything was ok except breakfast. My friend ordered pepperpot and she got a bowl full of fat and no meat. When i mentioned it, I felt we were totally ignored. She never came back with somwthing else or a response. ”

“Breakfast was ok, could have some more varieties in food, juices/hot brewages as there was only 2 types of teas and coffee. Not black tea just 2 herbal teas. Pool is excellent! Changing areas not in service as the hotel is fairly new so many things are still not up and running yet. Staff is very nice but needs a lot of training in being hands on as mentioned hotel is new so there are still in training...very friendly staff though. Always willing and helpful to go the extra mile.”

“Positiva perchè le camere sono larghe spaziose e pulite anche se avrei messo il sapone anche vicino al lavandino (dovevo ogni volta entrare nella doccia per lavarmi le mani). L' aria condizionata funziona e c'è il balcone anche se non l' ho mai usato perchè è esposto al sole la mattina e c'è traffico nella strada adiacente. Ecco il rumore è un po' un problema se uno si aspetta una zona silenziosa ma a Georgetown di posti silenziosi ce ne sono pochi”

“Everything was great. However u did find two roaches in my room. One dead. One alive. Gym is busy in the afternoon. Go early. Lots of variety at breakfast. I eat very clean so I couldn’t have most of it, but there is alot of choice. All staff are awesome. The cleaners are very accommodating. The desk staff also great. ”

“The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

“Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. ”

“The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. The rooms are so huge and very clean. The entire apartment was very big and I felt safe, comfortable and happy. He was also very fast with his response when we had any...

“Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.”
