“Excellent experience and service at this lovely historic hotel! The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. My standard queen room was quiet and comfortable; I loved the pretty bathroom with clawfoot tub! Room had a tiny fridge which is always helpful. Breakfast was served in a gorgeous dining room with hot options and waffles. Coffee, tea, and bottled water are available all day. So glad I chose this hotel and would definitely be back!”

“Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future.”

“Nice motel style structure, heated pool and clean rooms. Had a nice style to the property. Breakfast available in the foyer. Parking right outside the front door (big plus in SF). On the downside the hotel had lots of people hanging around outside the property all day and we sadly didn't feel that safe to walk around with our two teenagers.”

“The shower did not work. The front desk ignored the non working shower and did nothing.”

“Tutto sommato un buon hotel, personale cortese, check in veloce, macchina del caffè disponibile balla hall, unica nota negativa è stata la pulizia della camera che è a giorni alternati e ha saltato un giorno in cui era prevista; asciugamani comunque sempre disponibili alla reception. Location tutto sommato centrale e vicina a numerose caffetterie e ristoranti.”

“ Ho passato cinque notti a Casa Loma Hotel a inizio maggio. L’edificio ha un suo fascino ed è ben inserito nel contesto incantevole del quartiere. Purtroppo però la struttura è in condizioni pessime e necessita di una ristrutturazione (in particolare la moquette è da sostituire e le pareti da ridipingere). In tutto l’hotel c’è un odore sgradevole che non saprei neppure identificare, indice di un servizio di pulizia non molto efficiente? La mia camera era carina e non troppo piccola, luminosa e...
