“The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful, but they should improve on their customer support skills. Just because we speak Spanish, that does not mean we should be treated any differently than those who don’t. The rooms were not as expected since one was significantly smaller. The elevator in building 17 was broken for most our stay. On building 13, room cleaning did not happen during the expected time and we had to get out of our rooms late in the afternoon.”

“What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! ”

“The room was a nice room but it was not very clean and they did not clean while we were there. The safe door was locked open so I went to the front desk to let them know it did not work and they said "Oh, didn't I tell you when you checked in? You need to take the key and put your things in it and lock it and then bring the key back and ask for the key again when you want it out." So, first, no they did not tell me that, and the reason you use a safe is so others do not have access to your stuff...
