“Checked in a day late and the room was still not ready. Once the tom was ready the air didn’t work and it was right by housekeeping where the staff was very loud. They did end up moving us to another room but we were told they weren’t moving us due to the air not working but more so being by the loud housekeeping area. The room we were moved to wasn’t ready when they said it would be and 3 hours later we were finally able to get settled. The power went out the first night while in the shower and...

“Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Luna for your next vacation! ❤️❤️❤️”

“No point to stay here. Lots of seaweeds, it's impossible to swim and snorkeling isn't great either. On top of that the food options are limited and disgusting and the owner is as nice as a kick in the arse. Do yourself a favor: spend a bit more and get a room in West Bay.”
