“Thia was my very first time using the motel 6 in lancaster. From the moment i got there and got to the window (it was like 430 am) Shana was the most sweetest woman i have ever met there. She had major compassion. She was very sweet and accomodating. She made my hotel experience the best that ive ever had in my entire life. She is the go to for check in with. Fast easy check in. “The staff were kind my only issue with the room was that the carpet was not vacuumed, and there was a lot of either dog hair or some type of human hair and walking around in socks will get full of all this hair. That was the only issue I have with this room”
