“Had a lovely little break with the family. Lodge was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was a firm favourite with everyone, especially the kids. Would recommend this place to anyone”

“Posto super accogliente, nel rilassante contesto di un campo da golf. Il personale molto cortese ed accogliente. Unica pecca la colazione, costituita da una pastarina, un succo ed una banana, da consumare in stanza, senza un posto per appoggiarsi. (sarebbe bastato un tavolinetto fuori dove il posto c' è). Comunque era chiarito nel sito.”

“The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. We happily stay here again. ”

“Really nice place to stay, spotless, bathroom with a bath, very well kept. Parking opposite the hotel in a public car park which is free from 6pm until 9 am. I really liked it there, I would recommend it and I will be back again. Lastly, price was unbeatable.”

“We were just staying overnight en route to the Isles of Scilly. Welcome relief after a long car journey - we arrived late but key safe meant easy to just open up without fuss. Compact but with everything you need and very clean. Looks like a good base if we were staying longer too. Thank you!”

“The property is excellent for people who are seeking some quite and would like to stay in short driving distance from Weymouth/Dorchester and want to enjoy what the area has to offer. The garden surrounding the property is gorgeous and a friendly doggo might welcome you if you are lucky enough. Karen made sure to provide in time all the details required on how to find and access the property, along with the parking space. It was probably the most recently renovated/ well kept and clean property...

"Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
