“The hotel overbooked and we were not given a room. We were sent to another hotel that was cheaper than the room we paid for at the Drury and we’re not refunded the difference in the amount of the room.”

“Second year we have stayed there for a local family reunion.
No complaints or issues. Well cared for property, helpful staff. decent breakfast and conveniently located to Ankeny/north Des Moines properties.
