“The hotel is nice located, I am giving 4 stars because when I arrived at 3:00 pm I was not able to check in into my room until after 05:00 pm and they just told me that they were having a “room block starting tomorrow” and they did not have rooms ready, not even sorry our team is doing their best, here are some free snacks or something we were exhausted from traveling all day, then I came for BTS concert and thought I loved the hotel decor it seems that some people got special things like goodie...
