“Pool was under construction. One side of the room the outlets didn't work and it was both room. Informed the front desk first day and it never got fixed. The carpets had stains and wet spots. The did fix the drainage in one of the rooms for the sink.”

“It was very satisfied with my visit checked in on 7/1-7/5 the stuff is very welcoming the environment is very clean I have no complaints very satisfied would recommend a 100 times to anyone there was only just one thing on our last day we couldn't get any towels other than that everything was very perfect from the breakfast buffet to the pool hot tub my suit was very comforting very clean all the workers and staffs helped when we needed and had any questions and never complained the building was...

“The staff at the desk were very helpful and polite. Our only dislike was that the hot tub was cold. We were really looking forward to a nice evening relaxing in the hot tub. The property was clean and well kept.”

“It was our first time in El Paso, Texas. We traveled to the BTS concert, we were happy to have a room, property felt clean, walkable, plenty of shopping centers, nearby,. Pros: the area as a whole felt safe, and we were able to walk to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants nearby and Uber was available at all times. Cons: our room was not clean and up to par. “Staff was beyond friendly and super accommodating. I will say though the location was under construction, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear them fixing and moving furniture very early upstairs. And the whole hotel looked like it was getting renovations. AC units are extremely loud. I think if the hotel offered discounts during this time it would get a better rating from me since the staff were very nice!”
