“It has the basic necessities but room needs a phone, more than 1 towel. Staff was very welcoming and they did help us get extra towels and toilet paper. We did find food in the mini fridge. Other than that, room smelled clean. Thank you. ”

“This place was amazing. You can't beat this house. The owner was very responsive with any quires. I can't wait to go back so I can stay here again. The beds were great. You can tell this owner cares. Plenty of towels, the kitchen is well stocked and I just can't get over how nice it is. Again, can't wait to go back. ”

“MY ROOM WAS CANCELED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO. THEN THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL THE ROOM FOR OVER $500 DUE TO SPECIAL EVENTS HAPPENING IN THE CITY. I WAS LEFT WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS AND HAD TO SCROUNGE TO FIND SOMETHING LAST MINUTE.”

“The overall conditions of the facilities are awful. No maintenance, rust everywhere, painting fading. Bathrooms with water leaks. Toilet not working, carpets with humidity and terrible smell. Lamps inside with bulbs missing, doors and walls dirty. We asked for some towels and they didn’t reply. The lobby is not welcoming. This is a property that is being abandoned, no one seems to care. ”
