“The room was clean but it had a strong smell to cleaning items. Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful and even though it was a continental breakfast, food was fresh and varied.”

“We booked this specific hotel because it has an indoor pool, however, the water was freezing cold. And the next 2 days, the pool was simply out of order. The walls on the rooms are extremely thin and you can hear every step the guest next door takes, all the people that walk through the hallway talking, kids running, and at 7AM there was this banging noise like from a machine or something that went on for like 15 minutes. “The condo was super nice and perfect if you’re looking for something on the (old) west side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was no AC as the condo has an evaporative cooler so in the winter it switches to heat only so it was HOT. El Paso had a very hot Christmas this year, it was 75 degrees the whole week we were there so not having that AC was not ideal as the condo reached 82 inside.
