“An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well.”

“Room was clean and spacious. The young woman at the front desk the day we checked in and the following, was helpful and very sweet. She took the time to chat with us about the area ”

“Breakfast was fresh buffet with service. Parking was to the side and a 3 min walk”

“Pool area was filthy at checkin and not cleaned till Saturday, room had a bad smell, Breakfast was not staffed and ran out of things like No eggs on sunday, out of Syrup on Saturday. Poor showing for a Wyndom hotel”

“Was dirty. Gang writing on the elevators up and down arrow. Was giving the wrong room at first. Room was t the cleanest and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. Next morning while having breakfast (not that good) worker locks the door while I am in there and says he has to lock it cause homeless people and others that live close to there come in there and eat. ”

“Ask them about repair work before booking. Pool out of order and wall paper in common areas was being replaced one floor at a time when I stayed.”

“Location was the only good thing. The room had dirty clothing in the bathroom. No towels or cups. The blanket was dirty.”

“Personale inesperto e inattento. Non accettano l’addebito per il bar sulla camera e nonostante ciò non sono in grado di gestire i pagamenti. Unico macchinario presente in palestra è rotto da mesi. Colazione imbarazzante. Quando si viaggia per lavoro, sono importanti alcuni dettagli che qui non sono per niente curati. ”

“Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. ”

“Pros: Staff was friendly and helped with problems that arose. Cons: constant dog barking, people yelling and fighting banging on walls and floors, weed clouds everywhere (not everyone wants to be forced to inhale that all day everyday) ”
