“The floor was so filthy our socks were black. The floor also had crumbs and animal crackers on it, the shower had hair and a bug and the blow dryer was so gross, even a bleach wipe would not clean it. We told the front desk the next morning. When we returned late that night, we had a new blow dryer, but the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and still hair in the shower. “Staff was friendly. Allowed us to get a parking pass early and use shuttle to have lunch at Casino before checking in. Shuttle was a definite plus. But ends at 11pm. The breakfast was average high carb, sugary food you find at these hotels. For as much as we spent for one night the options should have been more. We opted to eat at The Best Cafe about a mile away. ”
