This is now the second time I've paid extra for a hotel mind you not even the same hotel not even in the same state. I paid extra for a large room with a hot tub/jacuzzi. “My husband and I love this hotel! We would definitely book again! Staff is very very helpful and friendly. We had to extend our stay due to a storm and because the night lights festival was rescheduled to the next day and the hotel was kind enough to help us. We also checked out at 2am because we had to get a bus back home but unfortunately the bus company cancelled and we had no where else to go and the hotel was kind enough to give us back the same room we had. The breakfast was very delicious...

“The property is clean. I did not use any ammentities. The room was really clen and appeared to be newly updated. The only issue is the shower draing really really slow. Within 1 minute i was ankle deep in water while i was showering.”

“Room was comfortable but seemed to be a lil outdated. Apparently they said they have been renovating. The ice machines on 3 of the floors didnt work. $300/night seemed a little bit pricey for a mediocre hotel.”

“It was near the event that I had to attend. It's very old and run-down at best they should only be charging $60.00 a night versus $160. The toilet seat was cracked. The paint is coming off the wall. You can clearly tell that the bathroom was flooded a few times. If they’re going to charge that much money, they most definitely need to make upgrades quickly.”

“Even though the staff is nice the rooms are only stacked with one set of towels and expect no bar soap nor the bottles in the shower to be full. The front desk will give you bar soap but refilling those bottles seems to be an impossible feat and a foreign concept ( probably why they are empty). The rooms have 2 light bulbs and its a guessing game on which lamps have the bulbs. Couple that with most of the electrical cords are unplugged it gets into the comical range of what else can go...
