  • Questa meravigliosa villa arroccata su una collina dista solo 4 minuti di auto dal centro di Stoupa e 1 ora dall'aeroporto di Kalamata.

    Villa Ialeira ha 2 camere da letto e un bagno di famiglia al piano terra. Al primo piano la zona giorno è aperta sulla zona pranzo e sulla cucina completamente attrezzata.

    Situato su un terreno appartato di 4000 m2 che gode di una piscina privata con vista sul Golfo di Messinia offre privacy e viste panoramiche sul mare con tramonti spettacolari.

    Se stai cercando una villa per le vacanze dotata di tutti i comfort moderni, con piscina privata e privacy, godendo di viste mozzafiato sul mare e tramonti unici, situata in un quartiere molto tranquillo lontano da tutto ma così vicino alle strutture del resort principale di Stoupa, quindi considera villa Ialeira.

    Villa Ialeira è una delle tre ville indipendenti del complesso "Rathimata villas" ognuna con la sua piscina privata, situata su un terreno di 4000 mq.

    La villa in pietra si trova a soli 4 minuti di auto dalle spiagge sabbiose di Stoupa e Kalogria ea soli 50 km dall'aeroporto KLX di Kalamata. Lungo la costa altre spiagge appartate sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto.

    È la base perfetta per esplorare Mani e i siti archeologici del Peloponneso come: Old Kardamili 10 km (10 minuti in auto) - Ancient Messini 76 km (1 ora e 20 minuti in auto) - Città bizantina di Mystras 98 km (1 ora e 35 minuti in auto) - Antica Olympia 160 km (2 ore e 30 minuti in auto).

    Posizione eccellente per le escursioni, poiché la zona è piena di molti vecchi sentieri e gola di Virou.

    Akis (il proprietario) sarà presente per darvi il benvenuto a Stoupa, per accompagnarvi alla villa e mostrarvi la sistemazione, per darvi informazioni su servizi locali, spiagge, attrazioni nelle vicinanze, cucina locale e assistenza se necessario.

    DISPOSIZIONE DELLA VILLA IALEIRA: Dal parcheggio un piccolo ponte conduce al piano superiore attraverso l'ingresso principale della villa mentre un'altra porta d'ingresso è disponibile anche a livello del suolo.
    Il piano superiore è composto da una zona giorno a pianta aperta con camino, sala da pranzo e cucina completa.
    Due porte finestre che conducono alla veranda superiore consentono di cenare all'aperto. I panorami sono incredibili.
    Una scala interna conduce al piano terra della villa composta da una camera matrimoniale e una camera con due letti singoli e un bagno completo con doccia.
    Entrambe le camere conducono alla veranda coperta anteriore con sala da pranzo.
    Dalla veranda e dall'atrio al piano terra è possibile raggiungere la piscina pavimentata, il barbecue in pietra con sala da pranzo e il ripostiglio con lavatrice.

    La piscina privata (3. 5m x 7. 0m) ha una splendida vista sul mare, attrezzata con lettini, ombrellone, doccia esterna e ha una manutenzione professionale.
    L'area appartata della villa ha fiori e alberi locali.

    Villa Ialeira si trova su un terreno molto grande di 4000 mq su una collina che domina il villaggio di Stoupa, gli uliveti e il Golfo di Messinia. La villa è indipendente e isolata. I panorami dalla veranda sulla piscina privata e dall'interno della villa sono unici e spettacolari. Il migliore della zona.

    Le strutture della località estiva di Stoupa distano solo 2,5 km, facilmente raggiungibili in auto.

    Situato in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo con vista sul mare è la sistemazione ideale per vacanze rilassate e confortevoli lontano da tutto.

    Dalle verande e dalla piscina privata i panorami mozzafiato che spazzano il Golfo Messiniano offrono tramonti incredibili per un totale relax. In uno scenario tranquillo e silenzioso con una vista così straordinaria, ti troverai a rilassarti nell'area della piscina dall'alba fino al tramonto.

Great villa

Very comfortable and charmingly furnished villa with a delicious pool. Akis the owner is efficient, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The best place I have rented on HomeAway. The area is not great for sightseeing although a drive into the mountain area is scenic. But who cares, sun and swimming, lovely scenery, good books, wine and relaxation was what the holiday was about. Enjoy! We loved it!

Lovely villa and great base to explore

My husband and I stayed here in June 2018 for two weeks. The owner, Akis, was so lovely, as was his villa. It is very private and the living room felt big with high ceilings. Special mention to the super comfortable bed. The views were also beautiful and we loved staying up in the hills away from all the tourists. It's a nice, quiet area. It's a great base to explore the many delights of the area. We highly recommend this villa. It's pretty well equipped and is decorated nicely. We felt really at home. The pool is also quite large and clean. I'd say we are a fairly fussy couple when it come to accommodation and highly rate this one. Ticked all the big boxes for a comfortable stay. Even when the weather was bad, we were happy chilling in the villa. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Blick über Stoupa - unvergesslich

Wir kommen gerne wieder: wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und hatten einen netten Kontakt zur Schwester des Vermieters. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustsnd und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man selber Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Wir hatten den ganzen Tag Sonne und haben mehrere Terrassen ums Haus herum nutzen können. Der Blick aufs Meer mit den Sonnenuntergängen war jeden Abend wunderbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa on a mountain

The local Village of Stoupa was a little to quiet for us with 2 teenage daughters. The villa is clean and tidy with only limited cooking utensils, we had to go out a buy a measuring jug, tongs for the BBQ and clothes hangers. We also could have done with extra blankets as the A/C was quite cool. The swimming pool was clean and we used that daily, temperature was refreshing. This villa and are is good for families with maybe slightly younger children or adults only. The journey from the Kalamata is one hour by car and winding roads the whole way.

Très belle maison dans un endroit magnifique

Tout y est ! Seul tout petit bémol: les câbles électriques et WIFI qui passent devant la maison et gâchent un peu la vue. Mais à part ce microscopique détail, maison à recommander dans l'une des plus belles régions de Grèce: bien équipée, très propre, place de parc juste à côté, propriétaire très sympathique. Peut-être un peu juste pour 6 personnes (il n'y a qu'une petite salle de bain/toilette), mais parfaite jusqu'à 4 personnes (deux chambres, toutes climatisées). Voiture fortement recommandée. Un séjour de rêve !

Great holiday, great house, great location!

The house is greatly located in a quiet neigbourhood. The layout of the house is nearly perfect. Not only the inside offers all comfort needed for a great holiday, but also the outside offers a spot in the shade or in the sun on any time of the day. The swimmingpool is more than reasonably sized. The BBQ is a nice add-on. All equipment is properly functioning and is well maintained. The owner is a very nice host, also all mails and appointment were followed up correctly by him.

Wonderful quiet, well-appointed villa with spectacular views

We stayed in Villa Ialeira September 2016 and had a wonderful, quiet, relaxing holiday. The villa is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The area is much greener than we expected and the scenery... cloud toped mountains, seascapes and sunsets... is spectacular. The drive from Kalamata in a rental car is... 'interesting'... Akis met us in Stoupa and took us up and introduced the villa; we were in the pool within half an hour. From then on we just enjoyed our break. Akis checked in on us while passing a few times to make sure we were OK. We spent most of our time by the pool and drove down into Stoupa or Aghios Nikolias (nicer) for dinner (a car is required at this villa) or to the friendly supermarket in Stoupa for provisions. The Wi-Fi, air-con etc all worked well and we were surprised to find that hot water was constantly available. The evenings were quiet and star-filled. I have to mention that while we were there the region suffered the worst thunder storm for some time. The rain, overnight, was torrential and caused much damage in the local area. We were perfectly safe in our well constructed villa and even the emergency lighting worked (it was a very bad storm). We stayed out-of-the-way next day and things soon returned to normal. In general tho' the weather was fine. We can thoroughly recommend this villa for adults who want a quiet, relaxing holiday with spectacular views... and if the neighbours overhanging fig tree is bearing fruit... well it would be a waste not to have some fresh figs for breakfast. Maison agréable avec une belle piscine

Maison propre et fonctionnelle avec une belle piscine agréable. Au calme, vue mer et proximité de Stoupa et la magnifique plage de Kalogria. Quelques anicroches pour les plus exigeants: vue un peu gâchée par les fils électriques, accès pentu et pas commode, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de sel ni huile d'olive dans la cuisine, déco un peu trop sommaire. Très bien au final mais pas inoubliable.

Top quality villa in great location.

We really enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Ialera. It is a beautifully designed villa, combining traditional and modern features. The place is really quiet and relaxing, and the pool is luxurious. The sunsets are sublime. We used the BBQ many evenings, and also enjoyed sampling the tavernas by the harbour at Agios Nicolaos. Akis is a wonderful and very attentive host. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

a relaxing holiday

We spent two glorious weeks in villa Phoebe. Everything was perfect. It was very peaceful and the view from the terraces breathtaking. Akis, the owner, lives nearby and was extremely helpful. There are two supermarkets and an excellent bakery nearby. There is plenty to see and do in the area but your own transport is essential. Highly recommended!

Perfect holiday home for families

Villa Ialeira with its beatiful sea view, great and clean interior and wonderful swimingpool provided the ingredients for a perfect holiday for our family (2 adults and 3 teenage children). A good place for a relaxing time, sportive activities (cycling, walking, swimming) and as base for outings on the Peloponnesus (Mana, caves of Dirou, Sparta, Kalamata, Mystras). Great service by the friendly and helpful owner!

Perfect location

The villa is convenient located 5 min by car from the city of Stoupa and the beaches. It's very clean and the house was also cleaned twice during our fortnight stay. Perfect. All amenities were present and modern. The available A:C's made it very comfortable. The two terraces are very convenient for morning and afternoon breakfirst, lunches and dinners so that there is always a place in the shade. The pool is very nice and well maintained. Also the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect getaway

We loved this vacation rental. Everything about it was perfect for my husband and me and our college-aged daughter. When booking, I relied on the descriptions online and the reviews and everything was exactly as promised. We rented a car to allow us to make excursions throughout the Mani, however, it was possible to walk to Stoupa beach and Kalogria beach from the house and we did when we wanted some exercise. It took us about 35-40 minutes to walk uphill from the bakery along the main road between the turn off to Stoupa and the turn off to the house.

A wonderfully relaxed holiday in a stunning villa!

There are a lot of villas which look good on the outside but once you get inside, they can be tired, worn, the layout isn't quite right etc. However I cannot say this about the Villa Ialeira. The location is fantastic if you want to just get away from it all. You will need a car as the Villa is located up the hill but as its only 5 mins drive from the beach you don't have the noise from the village throughout the day and night . Once we arrived at the Villa, the views were spectacular. The villa has been extremely well designed with modern fixtures and fittings. The first floor is open plan comprising a kitchen and living area with large balcony facing the sea. The two bedrooms and bathroom with access to the pool are on the ground floor. Absolutely ideal as I have two daughters who like to sleep but a husband who is always up at the crack of dawn. We all know what it's like on holiday with strange beds and disturbed sleep and this villa was a miracle worker. Both bedrooms have air conditioning with solid wood shutters so no noise, no light and cool bedrooms. My husband and i could get up for breakfast on the first floor balcony taking in the most beautiful views, then go downstairs and hit the pool without any children waking up. The pool is stunning and overlooks the sea and at some points almost looks like its an infinity pool. It was kept very clean and was maintained several times whilst we were there. There were also four loungers with pool towels. Bedlinen was white cotton as were the bathroom towels with the maid coming in a further two times during our stay. Overall, I couldn’t fault it. Very nice villa

We spent nine days in this beautiful villa, and enjoyed every day. It is located a bit up the hill behind Stoupa, which gives a fantastic view of Messinia Bay. The owner, Akis, met us in Stoupa when we arrived, and gave us a crash course in the local services like super markets and beaches. Akis is very friendly, and was always happy to assist if we needed any help. The house is beautiful, built in traditional Mani style. The rooms were clean and everything was working perfectly. The living room, kitchen and terrace upstairs was perfect for mornings and late evenings. The shaded terrace on the ground floor, outside the two bedrooms, was nice and cool in the hot afternoons. The pool next to the shaded terrace was frequently in use, and some days I think the kids stayed more in the pool than out of it. We also used the outdoor barbeque a few times to make some delicious souvlaki and pita. The location was perfect for exploring the Mani peninsula.

Great Villa - Recommended

Very clean and well-furnished villa - with amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great beaches and tavernas within an easy drive. Can't fault it. Everything as described and Akis is a really helpful host. We'll be back!

Rathimata Villas

We had an amazing week in this beautiful villa. The villa was very comfortable and well furnished. The views were really something and although you have to hire a car to make staying here possible it was worth it. Evenings on the balcony with the view, beat going out, fine wine was all you needed. The villa was perfect and we would definitely return. If we had to be picky we would suggest a tray to enable us to carry drinks / snacks downstairs to the pool/dining area and a toaster would have been useful, but they are not complaints just suggestions and so the villa was perfect. Thank you Akis !!!!

Akis's Villa in Stoupa

My wife and I are regular visitors to the Pelops but this was the first time we had stayed in Stoupa. It was not obvious to us when booking the villa but it is relatively unusual with the living/dining area on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor. Certainly, having the pool next to the bedrooms was quite useful although the internal steps down the pool might not suit more elderly people and you would need to be careful if you had kids running up and down. The villa is very well presented and we are lacking in none of the amenities we would have expected. Akis was available, when required, and was kind enough to meet us at the local supermarket to guide us in on our arrival day. The road up to the villa (once you come off the main road) is better than many we have experienced where sometimes you feel that you are in the Rally de Greece! Stoupa is a nice town with plenty of eating places and other services. Being Brits, we sometimes try and avoid our fellow citizens for at least one week in every year, but Stoupa does come across as 'Little England' albeit primarily mature couples (like ourselves) is the order of the day. The Mani is great although somewhat lacking in some of the more historical opportunities that other parts of the Pelops present and although there are some good ones the overall quality of the beaches, if you prefer the golden variety, are more scare although Stoupa's is certainly acceptable. One of the features that I really liked about the villa was the sunny and shaded balconies and I certainly spent a few restful hours on the latter and had a few beers on the former! This was the first time we have booked a villa outside of an inclusive 'package' deal, it will not be the last and next time we stay in Stoupa then I cannot think we will go anywhere than to Akis. excellent séjour !!!

Nous avons passé 15 jours fabuleux... La villa est superbe très propre, bien aménagée, rien ne manque, le propriétaire toujours à l'écoute, très discret et toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Nous tenons également à remercier la personne qui venait 2 fois par semaine faire le ménage. Elle s'est montrée très gentille et très efficace. Nous reviendrons c'est certain ! FAMILLE LAROUSSE
