“Some teething problems as only opened in November 25”

“House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away. House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art. We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw...

“Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above ”

“I was not able to stay in this place, they had not sent me the code to access by the check in time. As such I had to pay for alternative accommodation. Do not stay here. Hotels.com should remove this place. They gave a number to call but the phone was off. ”

“Wasnt what was advertised dirty damaged beds area pretty rough will do some better research next time”

“Staff molto gentile, stanze abbastanza insonorizzate. L'unica cosa un po' negativa è che dovrebbero dare una mano di vernice su tutti i muri, e togliere la moquette perché porta ad avere molto sporco. ”

“We couldn't stay in the Digbeth apartment and were moved to another apartment which was not in Digbeth.The check in procedure was difficult to understand,we were given a code to take to the petrol station which was 5 minutes down the road. We were given the wrong code and had to contact the property again . The apartment itself was not very clean at all especially the shower cubicles. The property had a musty smell throughout.Not impressed we would not recommed this property.”

“Toilet seat broken, no handle on bathroom door. No towels. Stains all over walls.”

“Just a lovely clean, comfortable place. Great host . Couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast beautifully cooked and ample”
