“Il prezzo era buono ma le condizioni di alcune stanze comuni erano pessime... le scale per accedere alla camera erano sporche con la moquette rotta e l'odore pessimo. In realtà la camera nel suo complesso non era del tutto orribile, in verità la pulizia non eccedeva (abbiamo deciso di non fare la doccia) ma nel complesso, vedendo gli esterni pensavamo molto peggio... la colazione inclusa l'abbiamo volontariamente evitata... a saperlo avrei speso qc € in più x una sistemazione migliore ma...

“Worst time ever me and my husband were out of there in less than two hours.. pay for a queen suite got a different cheaper. Room was not compensated. None of the amenities were available. “We spent the Fourth of July weekend at this hotel and found it conveniently located. The hotel and rooms are very cleaned. You could tell it had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but it met our needs. The hotel did not have a pool or workout room. The breakfast that was included in the stay did not have any hot food but it had bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and muffins. It worked for us. I’d recommend this hotel as a nice place...

“Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

“There were no amenities because they don’t serve breakfast or anything else on Mondays and Tuesdays. I took a picture of the face of the tub because it looked like it had black mold. We didn’t use the tub.”

“This place is in a great location. Before I was feeling more peaceful but no no more. The old lady at the front desk is not too nice, asking what my dog performance to charge me. Emotional or service dog to my eyes is the same. The hallway have some leak through the rug don't know what was that, not so clean neither. I'm allergic to dust mites and I had a reaction on my arms after moving the blankets.”

“The hotel was accessible and had fast food and cvs nearby. However, the room did have enough supplies in bathroom like conditioners or lotion. The microwave was not working. Also, the turn off part was cigarette smoke was coming when the AC was on, bit difficult to sleep with that, mostly may be someone was smoking behind the hotel. Had good parking spot. Overall okay when it’s just a day stay.”

“The house is beautiful and cozy with lots of details inside. You can see what kind of person who owns the house. The lake view is stunning. It so nice to wake up in the morning seeing the lake view from your room window. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, makes it feel like you're home. Feels comfortable and cozy. The guidelines book in the dining room has all the instructions you needed. Special mention to Sherry the local care taker who came right away...
