“I've stayed in literally thousands of nights in hotels - hundreds in Hilton brands. This was by far the most disappointing stay of all. I'm not a terribly picky traveller, but when my family and stayed at this hotel while in town for a funeral, It landed at the top of my very short 'never go again' list. The only redeeming factor was the young man who checked my wife and I in - pleasant, fast and tremendously helpful in explaining how the app worked.
