Hotel vicino a West Park Museum - Macclesfield

“Hotel carino e accogliente, con un’atmosfera piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, e la colazione davvero ottima e varia. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti: la camera era pulita al nostro arrivo, ma durante il soggiorno non è stato effettuato il servizio di pulizia giornaliera. Nel complesso, comunque, esperienza positiva.”

“Place smelled horrible. Bedsheets were stained. Mold all over the shared bathroom. I found a pair of used underwear beneath my mattress. The place had not been vacuumed in ages. Very shocked Expedia would allow a place like this to remain on their website. ”

“The hotel is very well located for a short walk into the village, or to the train station. The hotel car park has a couple of EV charging points in it which worked perfectly and were much appreciated. My only observation would be that the decoration in our room was a little tired in places, nothing terrible though it didn't spoil our experience, and the room was perfectly clean. The staff were all fab, very helpful and friendly. We had both an evening meal and breakfast and both were tasty and...

“Una struttura assai confortevole, che pur trovandosi nel mezzo di una bella campagna inglese e' a breve distanza sia dall'aeroporto che dalla citta' di Manchester.”

“Room seemed ok, apart from the fact of being at 4th floor without lift... till I opened the window. Window was opening 4 cms only. Inner curtain , in the room, was full of dead moths and bugs, DISGUSTING. Basil was CRACKED and all ceiling corners full of soiders nets. DISGUSTING. Bed very old.”

“Parking was okay staff were very friendly room needs a lot of attention ie painting broken blinds poor lighting used for convenience for airport unfortunately would not use again”

“While the Hotel is in a super location it is in need of updating. There was no drawers in the room to put clothes in and room157 had water dripping from a light fitting in the bathroom. This has obviously happened for some time as there was staining on that part of the ceiling. I reported this to reception as we checked out. There was no lu brush and we had to ask for another toilet roll as only one half used was provided. The food was average. Not somewhere we would stay again”

“Lovely sport. Breakfast was of a good standard, and the room was lovely. Well maintained, warm and quiet. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”
