“Volodymyr and his wife made us feel very welcome, like old friends. Breakfast was wonderful. The entire place was spotless. The ambience is almost 'Dowtonesque' without any of the pretentiousness or snobbery. They even have a beautiful Blüthner grand piano in the sitting room. This was our first time staying here but it won't be our last.”

“Nice clean well appointed lodge perfect for what I needed just remember to bring your own towel as not provided . I saw on a review this was the case and went with my own but might catch someone out if hadn’t read the reviews .”

“Room seemed ok, apart from the fact of being at 4th floor without lift... till I opened the window. Window was opening 4 cms only. Inner curtain , in the room, was full of dead moths and bugs, DISGUSTING. Basil was CRACKED and all ceiling corners full of soiders nets. DISGUSTING. Bed very old.”
