“Horrible. Long story but The front desk was not knowledgeable, and no one knew protocols and just made up stuff as they pleased, and when I tried to address the matter they hung up on me.
Would never book or stay with this company again.
I escalated my experience to the franchise and they too had issues contacting and communicating with this property.”
