“The floor needed better cleaning, the lamps had visible dust, and the bed sheets were not properly made. Overall, the housekeeping standards could be improved.”

“I always stay at this location when traveling to edmonton the staff is amazing, the restaurant is a hidden gem and the rooms are always nice and clean. I like that the pool is open till 11pm I wish it was still open till midnight like it used to be but it’s still open later then other hotels. It’s nice and close to west ed which is also a plus. ”

“Hot tube was broken but they left it on luke warm and didnt warn it was broken when booked or checked in. Pool was broken, daughter gashed her foot pretty bad on the bottom. Yheres one elevator, they choose to have the staff fill with thier carts while people check out so everyones waiting to use the small space one at a time meaning checkmout takes over an hour. We found out 3 days in they wouldnt clean our rooms or refill towels the whole stay. Forced to put towels and garbage in hallway to be...

“No incentives, room was spacious even though it was not a theme room. No place for breakfast. ”

“It had everything I needed. But an outside motion light for arriving after dark would be really benefical. Its hard to navigate in the gate and down the stairs in the dark. Some stepping stones across the grass to the gate would be a good addition as well. It would make it more obvious where to enter. The gate latch could use some attention. Storing your cleaning equip somewhere else would also be nice. Otherwise all seemed good.”
