“The only staff member I would like to commend is Carlo. He was the only one who provided genuinely helpful and welcoming service during our stay. The receptionist who checked us in was very unwelcoming and rushed. She informed us that we could request cleaning for our room, so the next morning at 8 AM (Sunday, August 2, 2026) we requested housekeeping before noon, as we were leaving for the day. “Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and located in the basement near the pool, which made it quite noisy throughout the stay. The service was also poor, and overall the experience did not meet my expectations. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better value, comfort, and customer service. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the rooms and the overall guest experience for future travelers.”
