“We (parents 1 teen) stayed for two nights in early November. The house is in a quiet residential area with quick commute to shopping. Easy to follow directions on how to enter the home/garage were sent a couple days before. We found the home spacious, clean and well stocked for meal preparation (utensils, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc). “The gym was a disasters. 50% of the reason i booked here was for the gym and literally ALL of the equipment was broken. Told the feont desk about in on monday ... nothing fixed the entire week. Tild the front desk about it on friday and they shrugged and feigned to be unaware then told me they were waiting for a renovation. Big F&%K you . Offered me a greasy breakfast to make up for. 0 stars do not recomend. Should have offered me more”

“was a great stay for me, the only thing that i could mention is security and the scan card for the garage being in a inconvenient location. i do believe that at certain hours there should be security for the workers and the guests, you should not be able to get into the elevator and select floors without a scan card. i would definitely stay here again as the loft suites are quite nice and home feeling. I just think a kick up in security would really make this place great. ”

“The room was absolutely disgusting. Ratty old mattress taht my 4 year old could lift. Fresh food crammed into the rug from the last guest. Mold in the window. Sketchy door lock, dripping oil from the door mechanism. I took my small kids and immediately left. I felt it was unsafe for my children to sleep there. I would like a refund for this booking. ”

“The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere when we walked in was very warm and welcoming. The pool was bright and clean, as well as the room. The breakfast was delicious! Best hotel we’ve stayed at! ”

“We stayed with our family for 3 nights and it was everything that we needed. The condo was very clean and spacious. The main bedroom was very large with a king size bed. The beds are firm but comfortable. The condo was quiet which I liked. The use of a shared hot tub space was a nice extra in the evenings and the PAC Man arcade game was fun for everyone. There is an option to use a garage space which was also great for peace of mind. The garage just fit our Palisade so I wouldn’t attempt...
