“La camera era piccolissima per 3 persone. Non ci si riusciva a muovere. Per passare gli altri dovevano stare sui letti. Bagno piccolo, sporco e rotto. Dopo tre gg hanno cambiato la tavoletta del water ma lasciando del sangue ! La doccia non ne parliamo ! La colazione, scarsa e di scadente qualità. Pagata e fatta solo una volta per cui soldi buttati. Abbiamo anche chiesto di cambiare stanza ma era overbooking. Anche scendendo le scale il lampadario si vedeva che erano anni che non veniva pulito...

“Il livello di pulizia è abbastanza scadente. Abbiamo prenotato una family room per 4 persone ma era preparata solo per due, senza lenzuola sul letto a castello. In generale un hotel molto scarso, senza nessun tipo di servizio tranne il wifi.”

“It’s a picturesque old pub with an extensive garden area and a large parking space. It’s quite classy indoors and we were impressed by both the sophisticated dinner menu and the food itself - very good.We were welcomed warmly and shown to the Cowdray Room, which opens on to the beer garden. That wasn’t a problem as the pub closes at 10, and then it was an advantage as we were able to sit outside for breakfast with the place to ourselves. The pub will cook breakfast but not until 10.30 am, so...

“My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows. The mattress was mis-shapen (so much so that I fell out of bed twice). The duvet was too small and the pillows were...

Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!”

“Very nice place, the only downside is there were no blackout curtains. So in June, we were woken up very early by the light. Also from the children going to the school right next door. Other than that bed was comfy, very clean and had a very nice welcoming.”
