“Wat een heerlijk huis in het charmante Royal Tunbridge Wells! Het ligt rustig, een beetje heuvelopwaarts en midden in het stadscentrum. Het treinstation is 10 minuten lopen, met er tegenover een supermarkt. Het huis is erg ruim, licht en voelt heel knus aan. “This house was perfect for me, my husband and my sister. We were at a lunch party on Haying Island and we were able to easily drive to Sheffield Park in the light. The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. We tried to set off the dishwasher just the once, but the top shelf was attached by elastic bands and so we didn't risk putting anything there. Had we been going to stay longer I would...

“A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by.”

“Listing was not accurate and there was no dryer or heat in the home. Listing photos were amazing, but place was more run down than photos suggested. Stains, damaged cookware, uncomfortable beds, and terrifying stairs up to the bathroom and beds. This could be a good listing with some TLC so I'm hoping that happens.”
