“Went there to use the spa. It was not warm at all. Asked three different people and they all just passed the buck at 8 PM. I called down to the front desk to ask the lady if the spa was working yet and she says it doesn’t matter anyways it’s past eight it’s closed which is not true because adult pool is from 8 PM to 10 PM stated on the door, but she just rudely hung up went over to Harris to use their spa and it was not working either so kind of disappointing that we went three hours for a spa...
