“The staff couldn’t have been better! The maids that I had contact with were all very helpful and pleasant! The room cleanliness was very satisfactory, as was the air conditioning! I didn’t try the breakfast but my son said he enjoyed it. The suppliers of green coffee packets(regular) need to do a better job of sealing the material holding the actual grounds!, The basin didn’t drain well at all.”

“We have stayed here several times before and it was terrific. This time we had to move rooms bc the a/c in the first room seemed to be not working properly. Three people moving all our stuff at night. Then the second room you had to hold the toilet handle down a long time for it to flush (they showed us bc we thought it was broken). They woke us up at 11:30pm one night and asked us to move to the handicap spot bc it had opened up. They didn’t give us enough towels. We were bummed and will not be...

“This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ! The pool and pool patio area were sparkling clean. Their staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this motel!”
