Hotel sulla neve a Western Mountains

“It is a nice hotel and the room was great. The only problem was we were on the sixth floor and it was a tiny bit windy, but it sounded like we had a wind tunnel in our room. It kept waking us up both nights that we were there, sounded like a tornado was going through the room.”

“There was a change of ownership the day before my stay, and i believe there were some reservation system issues. I reserved an ADA-compliant room and was issued a standard. The gentleman at the counter said my room number out loud. That might not seem like an issue, but as a solo female traveler, it creates a safety issue. My room had not been fully cleaned yet (no towels or garbage bag), as i passed the cleaner on the way in (at 7pm, i did not check in early). But it was presentable with clean...
