“The room was great, exceptional view. The only thing that was a little off-putting was having to ask for towels. There were no face towels or wash cloths. The breakfast was good and all except for the last staff member we encountered on the day before we left was very pleasant and helpful. All in all we had a very wonderful stay and have been recommending this hotel as a must anytime in Tobago.”

“L'hotel necessita di essere rinnovato ma il rinnovo e' previsto e viene pubblicizzato nella lobby per questo inverno. Lo staff alla reception e' cordiale e disponibile. Il servizio di pulizia e' un piccolo disastro se confrontato con gli standard europei, un giorno dimenticano gli asciugamani un giorno la pulizia della camera un giorno di rifornire il set per te e caffè , comunque servizio discontinuo. “I had a great time. This property is only 5 min from the main drag of Crown Point. I felt safe and well cared for in my well-appointed one bedroom apartment. Although the entire staff was wonderful, Miss Shurla was a stand out for her thoughtful acts and hospitality which made me feel like family in this home-away-from-home. She is a gem! I will be back!”

“I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable.”

The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to the main road if you don’t have a vehicle. There are some opportunities to improve, specifically the infrastructure- wifi is poor in the rooms and if there is a water shortage, then water dispensers should be placed on every floor.
