“Room was very clean, microwave, and small fridge were spotless. The staff went over and above, I'm handicapped and use a power wheelchair, when I left we had a lot of snow the night before I left, there was ice and then snow, the maintenance crew brought my vehicle under the carport at the main entrance so I could safely load my chair on the lift and get in my vehicle. It's where I'll stay from now on for my visits to Cleveland Clinic Avon.”

I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols.
