“Breakfast was delish, new coffee machine was great addition. I have stayed here many times to visit my nephews and niece and rooms were pristine. Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled clean upon arrival. Will be returning when I come back to Cleveland. ”

“Im sure this isn't indicative of a normal stay at this hotel. with that said, on this particular night, the fire alarm went off 2x in room and hotel several hrs apart overnight. the sound was excruciating and it took forer, 15 to 25 minutes , if not longer, for the overnight staff to turn off which made for a horrible rest and my ears are still ringing 12 hrs later”

“Had a clean, spacious room with a great location. Everything was easily walkable. I do wish there was a rear entrance to the hotel - getting to the parking garage requires walking all the way around the hotel to enter and exit. Good experience overall and I would absolutely return. ”

“Sofa bed was worn down to the springs. Closet door fell on my son. Not clean ”

“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. That was not acknowledged so I ended up going down to the frontdesk to get clean sheets and make...
