“Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something. “Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”
