Hotel a Westport

“I stayed one night and was put in a stand alone row of rooms. Needs a major make over. Poor lighting, loud bathroom fan, No wall adapters to charge phones, very dated. Air conditioner was placed right between the two beds, which was noisy. Expected a better room for the money. Staff lady was very friendly.”

“The motel was easy to get to and in quiet location. The room was quiet, although we did hear some heavy footsteps from the room above, The room and bathroom was very clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast' although there was more hot breakfast items then I expected from such a low price room. The orange juice was mostly water, however the apple juice was good. “Our stay was very pleasant. The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need. The facility is a little dated, they need to pay a little more attention to the pool areas, and the outdoor areas and update and keep them clean and painted. The restaurant was good, although very busy. The breakfast was excellent! The room was good, bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and overall I give our stay a very high rating. I cannot say again how helpful, respectful, and kind the staff was....

“Checking into our room we discovered the worn pilled sheets full of dog/cat hair and hair in the sink. The manager was quick to give us a new room that the fridge freezer needed defrosted badly but at least was cleaner. Heads up, the indoor heated pool is not heated. The breakfast was lacking fruit, OJ and not very much offered. Very disappointed for a Ramada that needs updated with sinks and tub worn out. We will choose another place to stay next time. ...

“Liked: the room was nice and clean as expected when we arrived. The staff: was never seen in my building. Dislikes: We noticed piles of towels and garbage bags outside of each of the rooms so immediately came to understand there would probably be no housekeeping. We went to the building where you check in and had to get our own towels to replenish used ones. Amenities: the Bogi Splash water park pool was great but the outdoor pool was overcrowded and was kind of dirty looking in the pool. We...
