“The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“Good property. A little noisy so not totally sound-proof. The apartment sized room with kitchenette and king bed was decent. The baseboard heater was loud though. Despite this, I would recommend.”

“The floor on the bathroom was sticky. Internet was down. No mattress pads on the bed. The room was not vacuumed. Asked for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any and only service room if you are there for three days.”

“This place, in my opinion, is a DUMP! I went with my daughters this past weekend for dance competition. The dust/smudges/dirt on the surfaces, in the shower, hair in the bathroom sink, carpet felt "moist." The noise from the floor above was ridiculous. We could hear EVERY step taken. There was a wad of gum stuck on the nightstand; clear indication that there is NO cleaning being done at this location! The dust on the lampshade was so THICK!! The breakfast options, though "free," were still...

“No! Breakfast area in being redone so all they had to offer was a granola bar.”

“The 1st room had a used syringe with blood what's on the stove. So I asked for a different room. The corner of the dresser had fallen off in this room. There was no pillows. I asked the housekeeper that was in the hallway for pillows and he replied somebody must have taken them off the bed so you have to go downstairs and ask for some. And when I went downstairs to ask for some the guy at the desk who had just slept out of there checking and room said there was three pillows just on the bed....

“Refrigerator leaked on the floor. Under the fridge was a cockroach sticky trap with dead cockroaches. At 4:00 in the morning there were dogs barking in the next room. Toilet wouldn’t fill back up to flush for many minutes. STAY AWAY ”

“The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional”
