Our room was located near a rear exit but we didn't want to park back there due to several sketchy people, standing around smoking. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. “The air conditioner in the room blue air, but it wasn’t cool. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I walked to the front desk and told the young men on staff and they had a very sarcastic. I don’t care attitude. At Continental breakfast in the morning I found it was very sparse and not what they advertised. Another person in there said their air-conditioning wasn’t working either while another said they were there because they saw waffles advertised on their continental...

“Property well maintained. I appreciated the signs indicating where not to relieve pers, and impressed that there was no apparent per refuse in the available areas. (Someone is keeping tge property clean.) The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet. ”

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...
