A modern open-plan kitchen/dining space offers everything that you need, including an electric frying pan and even a toastie maker. The kitchen opens up onto a semi-covered deck, making it perfect for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner in the sunshine.

The section leaves plenty of room to park your small or medium sized boat, and a dedicated fishing bench is perfect for preparing your catch ready for a family BBQ. On colder evenings, curl up with a good book, or watch all your favourites from your own device via the available Chromecast!

If you don't fancy cooking, take a 10-minute walk to the main hub of Whangamata where you can choose from a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Enjoy sunny days on Whangamata's spectacular beach, or if you're feeling adventurous, book a kayaking tour to the famous Donut Island! Take the kids for a causal fish at the wharf, walk up the beautiful Wentworth valley or have a fun game of family mini golf in town.

All guests should take extra care on the deck as there is no barrier to prevent falls.As this property has unfenced access to the Wentworth River via an adjacent vacant section, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note that a classic beach hop caravan is parked on site and is only for the property owner's private use.
