“I had a perfectly restful stay with everything taken care of and met the highest expectations for a reasonable price. Had a good sleep thanks to quietude and firm mattresses with fresh bedding. My room was spacious enough to do yoga. It was so helpful to have breakfast start at 6.30am even on a weekend, so I could head off for my early morning business full and in good mood. “The property and staff were excellent. The problem was that this hotel was booked through Expedia and upon arrival the credit card was declined bc Expedia or their booking agent gave the wrong credit card when they reserved the room. I had to pay for the room again. So now I have two charges for this room and Expedia says I am not entitled to a refund although I had paid for insurance for cancellation emergencies etc. I believe they are responsible for the error that was made and it shouldn’t be...
