“From pulling in to the parking lot, to walking in to the lobby, to then entering my room, the most notable thing about this Country Inn and Suites was the cleanliness. It was very comfortable and inviting. The front desk service was extremely friendly and professional. Had to leave before breakfast was served, so cannot comment on that, however the rest of the experience will have me staying at this location again, situation permitting.”

“This is our go to place when we visit Dollywood. Great price but does not sacrifice quality. The staff is alway friendly and the breakfast is small but has the everything from eggs, sausage and waffles is always a must ”

“Breakfast was ok. only thing i didn’t really like was the TV options because we paid 300 to not get any type of streaming service options because it was locked. ”

“I've stayed here a few times now. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always clean, and it's quiet. Breakfast is decently varied: eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, grits, etc. ”

“So after I had a very terrible stay at another hotel this is the hotel I checked into that was around the same price, It was clean staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Thanks for saving me from that other place that I won't mention.”

“Breakfast was a nice one with some hot options. Balcony offered a nice view. It was right off the main highway so it was a bit noisy and very hard to get out into traffic. Staff was super nice. Overall it was a decent place to stay. If you like being right in the thick of things then this is perfect for you.Lots of food and attractions right there.”
