“Staffs are working hard”

“Basic rooms, fairly clean and staff were responsive. The refrigerator was minimum.”

“My 3 day stay was comfortable. This is my second time staying at this property in Redding. The suites are spacious and clean My only personal gripe is the light motion detector in the bathroom. They have a nightlight. They really don’t need a motion detector light in the bathroom when you get up in the middle of the night to do your business. It’s so bright you need sunglasses.”

“The room was clean and had three beds which is perfect for our family of 5. The two staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!”

“One of the biggest issues we had was with our toilet. It was broken. It ran water almost all night. By the time we realized this we were too tired to pack everything up and request a new room. We also tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room had no service.”

“The hotel itself was convenient from the highway, easy to get to and then a great location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and bathroom was clean. The only issue was there were people revving their engines on the road nearby; however, if you put the a/c fan on to low it was enough to drown out the noise.”

“This was a clean, comfortable stay. They offered a free drink the night of your arrival although the bar only stayed open until 7 PM that night. We didn’t do much other than use this as a stop over, but it was comfortable and suited our needs. It has a nice restaurant next-door called Logan’s. When we first walked in, I wanted to walk out because they had some sort of a septic problem. The waitress apologized and said that they had rooms in the back free of the smell.
