Hotel a Whitaker

“Scammers! They charged me 2 $50 Fees for incidentals and tried to charge me even though nothing was wrong with the room. Vending machine didn’t work and the worker denied us water. Also the tubs were very dirty when we got there. There was only cold water available in the bathtub.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Would happily return and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-staffed hotel.”

“Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot.”

“Well the mattress moves when you sit on it since it’s not on a normal box spring. It’s on a “wood” panel and when you’re in an air cast, very hard to adjust. Also, I asked for a handicap room, what we got wasn’t any where near what I needed. To me it seems like the toilet was so low, I had to use the tub to help me up. Overall, it was mediocre.”

“Very dated. Plumbing issues (sink and dishwasher backing up), mold, terrible smells, furniture stains, wall stains, broken appliances (list goes on). Under renovation. Staff were helpful and hotel transfers were great. Hotel overpriced. Would not recommend.”

“My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.”

“The Crowne Plaza Hotel was new and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the 1 elevator was out and the fire pit was broken.”
