“Extremely overpriced.not very clean,no number on entrance door.would not be returning.”

“We booked a short break to Whitby but when we got there we could not get into the property or contact the host. We ended up with no where to stay. It was a nightmare, and although we were refunded our money, I feel we are due some compensation for a wasted journey and spoiled weekend ”

“The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night.”

“Absolutely stunning place to stay in. Apartment was super clean and felt like it was brand new. Arrived to find flowers, coffe/tea, biscuits and the basic cleaning products already kindly provided. Location is nice and central and ideal to explore the local coastline. Really felt like a home from home. Will definitely use again and cannot recommend enough. ”

“The apartment was beautiful. The communication from the owner however was appalling. I received 19 emails about the one night stay and none had the entry instructions within. I assumed therefore that it would be self explanatory on arrival. We were faced with several new build apartment blocks. After about fifteen minutes I finally located the front door of the apartment, third floor of one of the buildings but at this point had no key. My partner found the car park amongst the thirty or so...

“This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and we have been going to Whitby for 35 years !! Everything was perfect it had a super king bed , extra large fluffy bath towels , top end fixtures and fittings, everything felt so luxurious, it was spotlessly clean and had its own secure parking space !! Can’t wait till we can come again.”

“There was 7 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday, this accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you could think of that you would need for a weekend or even if you were there longer, the accommodation was exactly like the pictures showed. Very impressed and would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again - perfect 10/10”

“Lovely property in an ideal location to walk and explore Whitby. Very clean and tidy. Well stocked kitchen for cooking bits and pieces. Plenty of information of the surrounding areas and clear instructions regarding bins, parking, check in and heating. Brilliant communication from the hosts before stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again! ”
