“Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. ”

“The stay at Mulgrave Country Cottage was wonderful. A beautiful house and gardens, peaceful and tranquil. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fresh, well presented and very tasty. I would highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be returning ”

“The hotel was in a beautiful setting and really well decorated. Location is great and just a nice half hour walk to Whitby town. Staff were super helpful and friendly- particularly in the beach house and in the spa. The restaurant was ok. Food an bit overpriced and service wasn’t amazing- such as forgot our drinks a couple of times times and wine came after finished meal. Didn’t try food in beach house but looked nice.
