“The room was clean but housekeeping didn’t come Pick up our towels the entire stay. We called from desk for extra toilet paper and my son had to run down and get it because it wasn’t brought up to us. When we needed more towels we had to get them from the front desk.”

“The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. To their credit, staff did acknowledge that explanation wasn't really an excuse, but the resolution fell short: we were told housekeeping wouldn't address it until checkout (which was the next day), meaning we had to deal with it for the remainder of our...

“I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. The rooms are spacious and updated. They are clean and well kept. Wonderful employees, especially the lady that was serving the breakfast. Not one bad thing to say about this hotel.”
