“I did not get the room i paid for.”

“Staff was nice. Tv did not work, the shower was leaking water. The elevator goes up but you have to walk down. No phones in any of the rooms. You can not call to desk. You have to walk down. My card got charged twice. ”

“We booked and paid for this hotel a while ago. Everything was closed when we finally arrived after a long flight. The hotel was closed for renovations. We got no message about this and had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. This was very disappointing. Thankfully Hotels.com fixed a refund in a short time.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are pristine with comfortable beds. Love the breakfast burritos and bistro burgers. I have stayed at the Courtyard Carrollton several times and it is a reflection of how great Carrollton is as a city. ”

“this hotel's policy for a week stay was "empty your own trash" "Bring your used towels down to the desk for new ones" and "We service the room every 7 days". All I heard was there will be no actual service at this hotel, thank you for staying. ”
