“I was told there was no hotel parking, only street spaces or in Port Isaac—a ten-minute walk away. Luckily, we parked nearby, but later found there was poorly signposted hotel parking with just eight spaces. Better communication would have helped. Parking in Port Isaac is pay and display, up a steep hill, so dropping off luggage first is wise. “From start to finish we had a great stay at the Slipway. Room 11 is wonderfully quirky with a lovely outlook over the port. Spotlessly clean and tidy, we couldn’t fault anything and all the staff were brilliant so well done to all! We intend staying again soon. Parking is a 10 minute walk but not a long way to go and £11 a day or £29 a week”

“All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is the third time we have stayed at the , " Duke of York". The rooms are always clean and well supplied and wonderfully quirky. The food is exquisite, good suppliers and a talented chef make any meal you order an absolute delight. The choice of beers and ciders definately hit the spot and are excellently kept. We will, without question, be looking to return for more stays regardless of the season because any time of year is great here.”
