“Beautiful hotel, such a nice place to rest when you’re in a long road trip”

“Our kids decided to go with us. We paid an additional $60 for the three days which was fine. But when our family visited us and swam for an hour each day we were charged $10 for each person. The owner came outside while they were visiting to make sure we paid. But there were homeless people sleeping in the gazebo and using the restrooms and getting free breakfast. “Shower wouldn’t get hot at all had to take an ice cold shower even after going down and tell the front desk and being promised they’d fix it. There was a dead roach on the floor by the dresser and the pillows were the hardest things I have ever slept on.”

“Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health. But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers.
